Your mission and responsibilities:

• Manage the budget preparation process for the City of Geneva.
• Monitor budget execution and support the annual closing.
• Participate in the preparation of institutional financial documents (accounts and budget).
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and business software.
• Develop management and decision-support tools for the Administrative Council and departments.
• Advise and support internal and external partners in your areas of activity.

Your profile:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in business economics or an equivalent qualification in management control.
• Have proven experience of 3 years in a similar position.
• Demonstrate dynamism, organisation, autonomy, and a sense of anticipation.
• Act with rigour, precision, and perseverance.
• Show excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
• Demonstrate interpersonal ease and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships.
• Show real negotiation skills.
• Have a good command of common office tools and an ERP system (SAP software is an asset).
