The Successful Applicant
 * Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
 * Experience: Over 6 years + of experience in a regional or Global HR role within a global environment.
 * Skills: Strong problem-solving, people management, and change management skills.
 * Language: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
 * Business Acumen: Ability to understand and align HR strategies with business objectives.
 * Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
