Strategic Communications & Execution Lead 60-80%
Background:
We are seeking a high-energy and proactive Strategic Communications & Execution Lead to join the NextGen Quote-to-Contract (Q2C) team. This role serves as the "connective tissue" of a global transformation, bridging the gap between complex product development and a global audience of thousands. You will be a dual-threat professional, combining information architecture with strategic storytelling to ensure operational excellence and clear user navigation across the globe.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
1. Design and maintain a holistic map of meeting structures, reporting cycles, and governance rituals.
2. Define the "Project Infrastructure," including stakeholder lists and high-level roadmaps, to ensure scalability.
3. Establish the structure and logical flow for internal and external knowledge management.
Asset Stewardship & Excellence
4. Assume end-to-end responsibility for "Living Assets" (G-Site, Playbooks, FAQs), including quarterly reviews.
5. Create and standardize the "Master Toolkit" (templates, slide decks, tracking sheets) for a unified brand.
6. Curate the Multimedia Video Portal, ensuring a seamless experience for demos and recorded content.
7. Map global training needs and define the overarching "Training Approach" and guidelines.
Global Communication & Milestone Execution
8. Lead the end-to-end execution of the monthly newsletter, from content hunting to distribution.
9. Drive bi-weekly and monthly reporting enablement, aggregating progress for leadership status updates.
10. Translate technical milestones into inspirational "Success Stories" for the global community.
11. Define and publish a "Holistic Scenario Map" linking development milestones to training assets and videos.
Bridging & Transition Enablement
12. Ensure the narrative between the core Q2C project and "Bridging" solutions is perfectly aligned and clear.
13. Develop transition assets, including migration guides, "what’s changing" memos, and stage-gate visuals.
14. Support product management in ad-hoc activities to ensure smooth execution across the lifecycle.
Must Haves:
15. Educational background: Successfully completed university degree in Communications, Business Administration, Information Management, or an equivalent qualification.
16. Professional background: 3–4 years of experience in a similar position within a global project, PMO, or corporate communications environment.
17. Expertise in information architecture and document governance.
18. Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, engaging narratives.
19. Ability to structure newsletters and other forms of communications with relevant content and visually appealing.
20. IT skills: Proficiency in collaborative and administrative tools (e.g., G-Suite, Confluence, Video Portal CMS)
21. Language skills: Fluent in English (C1), both spoken and written, with excellent copywriting skills.
22. High level of initiative and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced global environment.
23. Strong interpersonal skills to navigate a diverse stakeholder landscape.
24. Strategic thinker with attention to detail.

25. Experience in large scale project management.
26. Familiarity with visual design tools or video editing software to enhance communication assets.
27. Proven track record of managing "Change Management" communications for large-scale digital transformation.
