This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented virtual assistant with a passion for content management and operational excellence. Supporting a founder at the forefront of AI, data sovereignty, and the future of work, you will be responsible for executing and managing content across multiple platforms while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will play a key role in maintaining publishing cadence, scheduling social media posts, and managing digital workspaces, enabling high-level strategic focus for the founder.
Deliverables
Schedule and post content on social media platforms in line with provided brand guidelines
Upload and manage YouTube videos, including working sessions, reels, and archival content
Maintain and update Substack with archival content, ensuring consistent publishing cadence
Set up, schedule, and send email campaigns via Flodesk
Manage Airtable and Notion workspaces for project tracking and organization
Draft outreach communications and follow up as needed
Provide light scheduling support and assist with operational tasks as required
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in content management and digital operations
Proficiency with YouTube Studio, Flodesk, Substack, Airtable, and Notion
Daily use of AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to enhance efficiency
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently
Excellent written communication and attention to detail
Experience supporting founders or personal brands is highly desirable
Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
Familiarity with project tracking and digital workspace management
