Job Summary:

Under the direction of the Strategic Planning team, this Spring 2026 intern position will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of key organizational projects. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in project coordination, governance, and cross-functional collaboration. The intern will help ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.

Project Coordination Support:

Assist with developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and status trackers. Support project teams in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting action items. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to monitor progress and ensure timely deliverables. Learn and apply project management methodologies, tools, and reporting practices.

Documentation and Reporting:

Support the creation of project status reports and dashboards for leadership. Maintain documentation, ensuring accuracy and version control for project records. Assist in defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and milestones. Help prepare leadership materials, presentations, and updates.

Process Improvement & Governance:

Support the implementation of standardized project processes and governance frameworks. Contribute to identifying opportunities for efficiency and risk mitigation. Assist in aligning project execution with organizational policies, procedures, and strategic objectives.

Required Minimum Qualifications- Education, Experience, Certifications, Licenses:

* Must be enrolled in accredited institution.
* Must be, an Undergraduate rising Junior or Senior (May 2026 graduates are welcome), or a Graduate Student.
* Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher while majoring in General Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related program.
* Experience through coursework, volunteer work, extracurricular activities, or internships that demonstrate problem-solving, teamwork, and organizational skills.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
* Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
* Strong organizational and time management abilities.
* Basic understanding of financial concepts and data interpretation.
* Ability to create and present clear, visually appealing materials.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Able to perform and interpret numerical analysis.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit and work at a desk and computer for extended periods. Work requires mobility around the worksite routinely to carry out duties. This position may periodically require the ability to lift, carry, move and/or set up equipment and materials that weigh up to 20 pounds.

Travel/Schedule Requirements:

* Domestic travel up to 5%.
* This is a part-time role for the spring.
* Employees are required to work all scheduled hours on-site in the office
