Responsibilities
1. Analyze various remediation items related to the preparation for the client migration
2. Document client structures (legal entities and individuals) and reflect these in the systems and documents according to internal and external regulations and policies
3. Capture client data in internal systems
4. Coordinate with Client Advisors, Client Account Managers and clients to gather - information needed
Profile
5. Solid banking experience and experience in a supporting or client documentation role
6. Customer-oriented as well as pragmatic and positive can-do attitude
7. Ability to cope with pressure and a high level of flexibility and responsibility
8. Detail oriented accuracy and structured working, ensuring the highest quality service delivery
9. Facilitation and problem-solving skills, with good know-how across (CDB and Tax Requirements, Business Risk, Operations, etc.)
10. Strong communication skills in English and German (verbal and written), other language skills advantageous
