You regularly analyze the data provided in order to implement continuous improvement measures. You anticipate personnel needs, ensure budget management, and maintain close cooperation with the competent authorities and the cantons.What you bringFederal VET Diploma in commerce or equivalent, federal diploma or higher education degree (UAS, University) with a specialization in management and confirmed experience of at least 3 years in leading a large team.Strong interest in unemployment insurance as well as social insurance.Perfect command of the French language, comfortable with common IT tools.
