Description Manage the complete employee lifecycle for a large headquarters recruitment and personnel sourcing in close with managers Analyze staffing needs, select and prepare employment contracts Act as a coach and consultant to managers on leadership, team development, and people decisions Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers within the assigned onboarding and offboarding processes Organize and oversee annual performance and talent management processes, including follow-up actions Advise managers and employees on employee conflict resolution, and change disciplinary measures, warnings, and contract in compliance with applicable and job descriptions and in HR projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes Support internal managers in sensitive discussions, conflict resolution, and performance management by defining action plans, drafting reports, and ensuring follow-up Proactively contribute ideas to employer branding, employee retention, team building, and HR process or business-oriented background, ideally with a degree in further or in Human Resources Several years of experience in a similar HR Business Partner or generalist role Experience working in complex, fast-paced, and multicultural environments Solid knowledge of HR processes and employment practices Strong interpersonal, and time X to work autonomously while partnering closely with senior management and HR leadership Excellent and conflict-resolution abilities High level of flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment Comfortable interacting with internal and external levels Fluency in multiple languages, including English, French and German, is required Job Offer The position offers a stable and working environment with flexible working hours, generous annual leave, competitive pension and insurance contributions, subsidized dining options, structured training and development programs, family-friendly policies, and additional on-site benefits.
