Main Responsibilities:
1. Analyze business requirements and develop technical and functional designs as well as system architecture
2. Implement complex new developments and extensions using: Power Apps, Power Automate, Plugins within the CRM system
3. Plan and implement interfaces between the CRM system and other surrounding systems
4. Support the execution of changes and deployments
5. Assist in ensuring and monitoring the technical operation of the Microsoft CRM system
6. The CRM mentioned refers mainly to solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Qualifications and Experience:
7. Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required
8. Completed education in Computer Science / IT, preferably with a higher degree (FH/HF/University) or comparable professional experience
9. Good knowledge of the Power Platform, including: Power Apps, Power Automate,Microsoft Dataverse
10. Knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage (ideally experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 Sales)
11. Experience with scripting and programming languages such as: C#, TypeScript / JavaScript, PowerShell scripting
12. Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
