Process Engineer Wafer Fab
For our Wafer Production Engineering at Axetris AG, we are looking for an independent and motivated individual.
Your Tasks:
* Responsible for improving processes and related equipment
* Development and optimization of production parameters in wafer manufacturing
* Transfer of new processes into production
* Specification, evaluation, installation, and qualification of new systems and equipment
* Ensuring 2nd-level support for equipment and process issues in production
Your Profile:
* M.Sc. degree in materials science, physics, chemistry, or a comparable field
* Several years of professional experience in semiconductor production and proven experience in one of the areas such as sputter deposition, dry etching, wet chemistry, dicing, or pick & place
* Good knowledge of methods such as FMEA, 8D, Ishikawa, root cause analysis etc.
* German and English language skills required
* High level of initiative and a hands-on mentality
