Responsibilities:
* Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email
* Track and follow up on cases to ensure timely resolution
* Maintain high customer satisfaction levels, representing major brands
* Build and maintain professional relationships with partners, demonstrating empathy
* Achieve targets set by the client and internal goals
Qualifications:
* Fluency in German
* Excellent communication skills in English
* Strong soft skills and problem-solving abilities
* Computer literacy and tech savviness
* Resourcefulness and ability to multitask
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment as a team player
