We are looking for you to manage our room service as Room Service Manager starting in the coming winter season 2025/2026.

Key Responsibilities
* Management of the room service and banquet department
* Management of a team of approximately 10 employees
* Coordination and operational implementation of room service activities
* Ensuring the timely and correct delivery of food and beverages to guests
* Management of personnel
* Control of orders
* Ensuring guest satisfaction
* Cooperation with the kitchen and front desk
* Maintaining inventory and ensuring high quality standards
* Ensuring an excellent guest experience with a focus on quality and hygiene standards
* Responsibility for recruitment, training, and development of the team
* Creating the monthly duty roster
* Placing orders, conducting inventories, and closing daily accounts
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Completed training and at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position in a comparable hotel
* Attention to detail
* Experience in leading a team
* Keen interest in team-oriented work
* Resilience, professional competence, tidiness, and a very high awareness of quality
* Structured and organized way of working
* Guest-oriented work and economic action
* English and German are required, other languages, such as Italian, are an advantage
