Role description
You will join the Enterprise Sales Team as a Senior Sales Professional. Your role will be to drive expansion of the MuleSoft portfolio in Switzerland.
Your impact
You will actively participate in the success of MuleSoft and contribute to Salesforce's growth through its hyper-growth. You will aim to exceed your quarterly and annual sales targets by identifying new customers, creating new opportunities, and selling MuleSoft solutions into mid-market accounts.
Basic Requirements
* You own the entire sales process and ensure delivery against key performance metrics.
* You focus on new business sales.
* You conduct detailed customer discovery and research to formalize a Go-To-Market strategy and build qualified target account lists.
* You develop the sales pipeline through customer engagements, marketing campaigns, and market intelligence.
* You build and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure overachievement.
* You engage with current and prospective organizations to position MuleSoft solutions using strategic, value-based selling, including case definition, ROI analysis, references, and analyst data.
* You manage the entire sales process by collaborating with resources such as Business Development Reps, Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, and Partners.
* You generate short-term results while maintaining a long-term perspective to enhance overall revenue.
* You provide accurate monthly forecasts and revenue projections.
* You partner with the Salesforce team to position the value of the Salesforce 360 platform, enhanced by MuleSoft.
Preferred Requirements
* Experience selling enterprise software or SaaS solutions.
* A successful track record of new business sales (direct), consistently meeting targets.
* Proven sales overachievement.
* Credibility at all organizational levels and ability to build positive relationships internally and externally.
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred.
* Proficiency in German and English is required.
