This role requires an exceptional leader to develop and execute a comprehensive resource mobilization strategy targeting sovereign governments. Key responsibilities include:
* Developing strategic relationships with philanthropic foundations to secure grant commitments;
* Mobilizing risk capital contributions from non-sovereign partners;
* Serving as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders, representing IFFEd at high-level meetings;
