The Service Manager is accountable for planning and managing IT services end-to-end. This includes translating customers' needs into TS services and products and managing the lifecycle of this inventory. The lifecycle includes overseeing the delivery of services with agreed SLA’s /OLA’s and cost, creating transparency into the Total Cost of Operation (TCO) of the Service. The Service Manager is also responsible for gathering stakeholder demand and creating a long-term capacity forecast. From a strategic viewpoint, the Service Manager defines and executes the service strategy, while continuously optimizing the service.

1. Maintain and update the firm's 3-5 year Regional Data Center strategy in line with technology requirements.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to provide a demand forecast for the future and define solutions to match their demand.
3. Create a long-term capacity forecast based on stakeholder demand and the TS cloud-first strategy.
4. Manage (orchestrate) service and product performance towards cost and quality targets.
5. Engage Technology Infrastructure subject matter experts to understand future demand requirements and roadmaps.
6. Ensure our facilities are fit for purpose and meet the firm’s taxonomy and resilience definitions.
7. Manage and minimize risk associated with the Data Center service.
8. Design services and products, and execute corresponding reviews, reporting, and billing.
You'll be working as part of a global Data Center Service Management team, based in Zurich, Switzerland. We are responsible for defining the global Data Center strategy in collaboration with stakeholders and partners across the business. Every day, you will interact with colleagues across regions and globally, making each day unique.
Your expertise
1. At least 5 years’ experience in the Data Center environment and managing significant services or multi-year programs.
2. Knowledge of Uptime Standards, ASHRAE, and TIA design standards for Data Centers.
3. Excellent knowledge of Core Technology Infrastructure strategies.
