Your Impact
* Join PwC Advisory to become part of our Financial Services Strategy & Transformation Team in Zurich.
* Develop subject matter expertise at the very heart of how Asset Management and portfolio management including alternative investments, and other FS companies works, both on-site with clients and off-site with our international learning and education offerings and industry collaborations.
* Advice the Asset Management clients across the full Asset Management value chain and asset classes including portfolio management and the underlying technology platforms.
* Support the Asset Management clients to successfully manage their transformations including but not limited to investment management system selection and implementation, definition of target operating models, definition of data models, etc.
* Be part of a team that operates strongly in an interdisciplinary environment within PwC. You will be using and building bridges to our fellow teams that work at the technological edge in big data analysis, artificial intelligence and robotic process automation.
* Be responsible to lead large scale transformations with our asset management clients and lead business development efforts to generate leads and opportunities.
* Work in a global environment with the largest FS companies (banks, insurances, crypto companies, etc.).
* Live life-long learning; therefore, we will strongly encourage you to deepen your industry knowledge with adequate certifications.
Your Skill Set
* Excellent University / ETH Master's degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology or an adjacent field that enables you to work with asset managers and banks.
* Ideally at least 8-10 years of experience in the Asset Management and Portfolio Management sector interacting in a global environment.
* Expert in Asset Management, understand the full AM value chain and have multiple year of Asset Management consulting experience.
* Experience with the leading investment management systems on the market and have worked with those systems before.
* Experienced in leading projects and running command centers for large asset management transformations and post-merger integration.
* Strong affinity for numbers and logical processes, are excellent with Excel and other quantitative programs and feel highly comfortable showing your ideas in Power Point.
* You work well in a team, and you are able to work independently when needed.
* Self-starter and fast learner, and can work well under tight deadlines.
* Fluent in German and / or English, other languages are a plus.
* Willing to travel to our client's international locations if required but are not disappointed if you are not needed to leave Zurich at all for a given time.
