Your contribution and conviction will be crucial to ensure the success of this transformation.
Your impact will include:
* Taking responsibility for market management in your regional market and maintaining close relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ensuring the core processes in regional passenger transport, negotiating offers and target agreements with clients, and ensuring correct, timely, and subsidy-compliant billing.
* Monitoring your regional market, continuously developing our service offerings, and optimizing network and timetable options in collaboration with our specialists. Supporting additional mobility solutions within a partial mandate.
* Managing the profitability of your regional market through strategic sales and market planning to ensure sustainable revenue.
* Handling marketing communication for your regional market and aligning it with the overall marketing strategy.
* Representing PostAuto in regional committees, participating in national projects, and leading regional initiatives.
* Coordinating with other business units and contributing to the electrification transition, product quality, and enhancing competitiveness.
Qualifications include:
* An academic background in business administration, law, or engineering (university, FH, HSW).
* Extensive experience in public transportation, sales, or key account management, with good knowledge of regional political contexts.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills, assertiveness, and high customer orientation.
* Analytical, networked, and conceptual thinking with a focus on sustainable implementation.
* Experience in project planning and execution, proficient with digital tools and processes.
* Clear and persuasive communication skills, with excellent rhetorical abilities.
* Fluent in a national language and good oral skills in a second language.
