Introduction
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive and discreet Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Owner of our hotel. This role involves managing a dynamic calendar, coordinating meetings and international travel, and serving as a key liaison between the owner and internal / external stakeholders.

MISSIONS
Key Responsibilities :
* Manage and maintain the owner's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and personal engagements.
* Coordinate and confirm business meetings across different time zones with partners, and clients.
* Organize all aspects of domestic and international travel : flights, hotels, ground transportation, itineraries, and visa arrangements.
* Accompany the owner on business trips when required, providing on-the-ground support and ensuring smooth execution of schedules.
* Act as a gatekeeper by screening calls, emails, and meeting requests; prioritize communication and respond on behalf of the owner when appropriate.
* Prepare briefings, meeting materials, reports, and follow-up correspondence as needed.
* Handle confidential documents and maintain discretion at all times.
* Assist with some personal errands or tasks, especially those that intersect with business activities.
PROFIL RECHERCHE
* Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting
* Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English (additional languages are a plus).
* High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
* Flexible and willing to travel internationally, often on short notice.
* Experience in the hospitality or travel sector is an advantage.
* Passport and visa eligibility for frequent international travel are essential.
