Job Description
Join the IAM team with a strong focus on Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) using One Identity Manager .
You will manage identity lifecycle processes, application integrations, and governance workflows, contributing to a secure and compliant IAM environment.
Your key tasks
* Operate, maintain, and evolve One Identity Manager platforms
* Design, implement, and support Joiner / Mover / Leaver (JML) processes
* Manage workflows, role models, access policies, and certifications
* Integrate applications and target systems into the IGA platform
* Maintain synchronization, mappings, and job server operations
* Contribute to access control governance for privileged and non-privileged identities
* Monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues, and provide L2/L3 support
* Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and runbooks aligned with audit and compliance requirements
Qualifications
* Degree in IT or equivalent professional experience
* Strong hands-on experience with One Identity Manager
* Solid background in Identity Governance / IGA
* Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID, LDAP, and authentication concepts
* Working knowledge of SQL
* Strong documentation mindset and compliance awareness
* Fluent English
It would be a real bonus if you have
* Knowledge of One Identity Safeguard
* Proficiency in PowerShell, Terraform, and Ansible
* Italian
