Production and Operational Excellence Manager
The ideal candidate will lead a team of artisans and operators, overseeing the entire production cycle to ensure operational excellence.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Plan, Organize, and Supervise Production Activities
* Develop and implement production plans to achieve volume, quality, time, and budget objectives.
* Collaborate with the Quality Department to establish and monitor rigorous quality control systems.
* Optimize production processes to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs.
* Monitor production performance, analyze data, and adopt corrective actions as needed.
* Supervise material and equipment procurement to ensure availability and quality.
* Oversee maintenance of production facilities and equipment.
* Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations.
2. Team Management and Development
* Lead, motivate, and develop the production team, promoting a stimulating work environment.
* Define clear objectives, monitor performance, and provide feedback.
* Organize shifts, holidays, and operational coverage to ensure production continuity.
* Collaborate with HR in personnel selection, training, and evaluation.
