We seek a self‑directed builder who can transform end‑to‑end workflows while owning Salesforce requirements and integrating AgentForce‑powered Slack solutions.Reporting Lines & InteractionsThe Specialist reports to the Digital Product Manager, AI & Business Transformation, and collaborates closely with engineering, a Salesforce delivery team, content, business stakeholders, and the broader AI & Business Transformation group.ResponsibilitiesWorkflow Transformation & Solution DesignAnalyze and map existing business workflows to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.Lead end‑to‑end transformation initiatives from problem definition through solution implementation.Evaluate and recommend fit‑for‑purpose solutions across a broad toolset, including Salesforce, Slack, AI agents, and emerging tools.Propose innovative, pragmatic alternatives that improve speed, quality, and user experience.Ensure technology decisions are driven by workflow needs, not constrained by legacy systems.Salesforce & Agentic Workflow Product OwnershipOwn the Salesforce product roadmap for business transformation, aligning with agentic workflows and cross‑system architecture.Design and drive integration of Salesforce with Slack‑based AgentForce solutions, defining conversation flows, trigger logic, data inputs, and user behaviours.Prioritize, scope, and manage development requests across Salesforce and adjacent systems, ensuring clear requirements and quality delivery.Serve as primary liaison between stakeholders, engineering, and delivery teams to translate needs into actionable specifications.Collaborate on AI‑powered agent experiences that enhance and automate internal workflows.Review delivered work, flag gaps, and iterate, stepping in hands‑on when necessary.Stay current with Salesforce, AgentForce, and Slack platform capabilities to continuously inform innovation.AI‑Assisted Product DevelopmentContribute to prototyping and product development by submitting pull requests using AI‑assisted coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor.Handle configuration changes, frontend adjustments, integration scripts, and lightweight automation to extend team capacity.Translate ideas into working prototypes or lightweight solutions using modern AI‑assisted tools.Drive innovation with emerging AI tools to rapidly prototype solutions and explore new business problem‑solving approaches.Requirements Gathering & DocumentationEngage with business, content, and engineering teams to collect, clarify, and document product requirements.Ensure product specifications are clear, comprehensive, and aligned with business objectives.Maintain living documentation as the source of truth for product decisions and system behaviour.Stakeholder Management & CommunicationAct as primary contact point for business and content teams, ensuring seamless communication on progress and challenges.Manage stakeholder expectations across competing workstreams.Operational SupportCoordinate support requests and cross‑team dependencies to ensure timely resolution.Handle operational tasks related to product development, maintenance, and continuous improvement.RequirementsAdvanced university degree in a technical or relevant field.3–5 years of product management, product operations, or hybrid builder‑operator experience for digital products.Proven ability to analyze, redesign, and improve business workflows, not just implement tools.Strong Salesforce knowledge, capable of writing clear requirements, reviewing delivered work, and managing delivery outputs.Experience writing business requirements for third‑party platform integrations.Curiosity and initiative in exploring emerging AI tools, rapidly prototyping and applying them to business problems.Experience coordinating or managing delivery teams without direct authority.Strong analytical mindset with data‑informed product decisions.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills managing multiple workstreams in a complex, cross‑functional environment.Proven interest in AI, intelligent agents, and emerging technologies.Fluency in English.DesirableHands‑on experience with Salesforce AgentForce or similar AI agent platforms.Design experience, including mock‑ups and rapid prototyping (e.g., Figma).Experience with digital analytics platforms and data‑driven product decisions.Familiarity with GitHub workflows and pull request processes.Why Work At The ForumThe Forum believes progress happens by bringing together diverse people who drive and influence change.
