Junior Assistant for 3 months Our client is an international organisation based in Geneva. Missions * Process basic service requests and administrative transactions, including updates, modifications, and related formalities. * Review documents for compliance and prepare irregularity notices when submissions do not meet requirements. * Follow up on irregularities and respond to related queries, applying the applicable procedural framework. * Monitor fee payments linked to assigned transactions. * Provide simple information to stakeholders by email or telephone regarding procedures, application status, or service requests. * Support additional operational or administrative tasks as needed. Profil du candidat * Completion of secondary education. * Up to 3 years of experience in administrative support, data processing, or a related field. * Excellent command of English and French; knowledge of another language is an asset. * Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies or irregularities. * Good time?management and organizational abilities. * Ability to follow established rules, procedures, and workflows. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
