YOUR TASKS
- Welcome and advise our customers with professionalism and dynamism
- Plan and coordinate workshop appointments
- Open, monitor and close repair orders
- Ensure smooth communication between customers, the workshop and suppliers
- Guarantee precise and efficient administrative follow-up
- Monitor warranties, quotes, invoicing and customer files
- Optimise vehicle downtime
- Actively participate in customer satisfaction and loyalty
YOUR PROFILE
Essential requirement: technical training in the automotive field
Ideally, you have one of the following profiles:
- Certified Heavy Vehicle Mechanic
- Certified Automotive Mechanic / Automotive Mechatronics Technician
- Certified Agricultural or Construction Machinery Mechanic
- Equivalent technical training with a good understanding of the automotive sector
- Additional commercial training (after-sales service advisor, diploma, business school or equivalent training) is a real asset
- Experience in after-sales service or a workshop environment is desirable
Applications without technical training in the automotive or commercial vehicle sector unfortunately cannot be considered.
