Job Summary:

The Head of Construction Management plays a pivotal role in the success of our construction projects. As a senior manager, you will oversee the coordination and organization of project teams, clients, and authorities to ensure seamless execution.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement cost-effective strategies for project planning and tracking

2. Create and manage detailed project execution plans and building construction specifications

3. Prepare technical documents and contracts
\
4. Lead independent site management or specialist site management teams
\
5. Establish and monitor safety guidelines and protocols
\
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
\
7. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
\
8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
\
9. Provide guidance and support to team members
\
10. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
\
11. Contribute to business development and growth initiatives

Requirements:
\

12. Qualified architect, site manager, or construction engineer with professional experience
\
13. Draftsman specializing in architecture with several years of experience
\
14. Strong knowledge of CAD programs (Autodesk Revit and Autodesk AutoCad)
\
15. Proficiency in common Office programs (Word and Excel)
\
16. Excellent written and spoken German; English desirable
\
17. Ability to work in a dynamic team environment
