We are seeking a professional to lead our sales strategy in the B2B client segment.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in institutional sales, relationship management and account growth within regulated financial services organizations. They must possess excellent communication skills, be able to navigate complex sales structures and negotiate effectively with clients.
This role involves managing global key accounts, maintaining high levels of client service, serving as the 'face' of designated key accounts, and facilitating large volume trades and transactions.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for building strong relationships with business introducers, educating them on our crypto services, and participating in team activities to ensure smooth desk operations.
To excel in this role, we require a professional with:
* 10+ years of experience in B2B sales
* A minimum of 5 years within a regulated financial services organization
* Proven track record of handling RFPs and institutional collaboration structures
They must also possess a strong network within the B2B client segment, particularly across EMEA, and demonstrate exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
