We’re strengthening our sales department by recruiting a Business Development Manager who will play a key role in the growth of our organization.

Your missions
* Analyze the market to identify new clients and business opportunities.
* Carry out prospecting, organize meetings, and manage initial discussions.
* Identify client needs, gather requirements, and negotiate commercial terms.
* Support candidates throughout the recruitment process (interviews, preparation, follow‑up) and coordinate hiring processes with clients.
* Monitor client accounts, projects, and consultants, both technically and in their career development.
Your profile
* Minimum 3 years of experience in selling IT consulting or engineering services.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Good knowledge of IT or engineering roles.
* Good command of English required.
* Launch a new project in Switzerland: play a key role in creating and developing our new activity.
* Manage the entire sales cycle, supported by our specialized Talent Acquisition team.
