In Global Employer Services, we support internationally mobile employees and executives as they work across borders. Our work ensures that individuals sent on assignments abroad, relocating to Switzerland, or working in multiple countries remain compliant with tax and social security rules; both locally and internationally.
You will focus on Swiss Individual Tax, working in a high-impact team to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet the complex needs of our global clients.
Your responsibilities
1. You will have the opportunity to take ownership from day one, to be involved in client-facing activities in the field of Swiss tax.
2. You prepare Swiss tax declarations and analyze complex international tax and social security positions.
3. You conduct research and prepare advice tailored to each client.
4. You develop specific knowledge in Swiss national and international tax. Combine your strengths and skills with the know-how of our experienced teams – in this power combination you can develop your full professional and personal potential and help our clients in a wide range of tax and social security topics.
5. You will have the opportunity to learn and apply your technical knowledge directly to engaging cases. Additionally, you will assist in preparing and delivering presentations to clients and colleagues.

Your profile
10. Bachelor’s or Master's degree in law, business, economics, finance or similar
11. Applicants without a university degree but with relevant experience (e.g., with social security authorities or tax offices) are encouraged to apply
12. We are also offering an entry‑level Tax Assistant position (no prior work experience required) for young candidates who have recently completed business school (German: Wirtschaftsmittelschule), high school (German: Gymnasium/Kantonsschule), or an apprenticeship with a vocational baccalaureate (German: Kaufmännische Lehre mit Berufsmaturität), and who plan to pursue part‑time studies in law, business, economics, finance or related fields alongside their employment.
