Job Description
* Support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
* Conduct variance analyses, KPI monitoring, and performance reviews to support decision-making
* Prepare management reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal stakeholders
* Contribute to operational controlling and provide day‑to‑day financial support to the business
* Collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, and other cross‑functional teams
* Drive continuous improvement of controlling processes, reporting structures, and analytical tools
* Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
The Successful Applicant
* Experience in Controlling and/or FP&A, ideally within retail, consumer goods, luxury, cosmetics, or lifestyle industries
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
* Proactive, hands‑on, and structured working style
* Comfortable working across both operational controlling and strategic financial planning
* Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
* Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage
* Enjoys working in a fast‑paced, international, and data‑driven environment
* Reliable, detail‑oriented, and motivated to contribute to continuous process improvements
