Purchasing Assistant Job
As a Purchasing Assistant, you will play a key role in our company's procurement process. This challenging position requires an organized and structured individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about purchasing and has a strong understanding of the supply chain.
About the Role:
* Key Responsibilities:
* Releasing and managing orders, including return orders and debit notes.
* Managing Purchase Approvals to ensure timely and accurate ordering.
* Updating purchasing KPIs to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
* Managing blocked invoices and resolving price differences.
* Coordinating with suppliers to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
* Maintaining up-to-date records in our ERP system.
* Providing administrative support to the Purchasing and Planning Teams.
Requirements:
* Qualifications:
* Commercial diploma or equivalent experience in purchasing or procurement.
* Strong knowledge of MS Office package, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Familiarity with ERP systems and their applications.
* Fluency in English, both written and verbal, with French being a plus.
