We are hiring a remote Recruiter, Global Talent (must be located in Eastern Europe) who will source, screen, and select candidates for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and a proactive recruiting approach.
Responsibilities
* Recruit, interview, and engage contract interpreters for over 350 languages.
* Develop and maintain relationships with interpreters globally.
* Plan and execute sourcing and communication campaigns under the guidance of the Global Talent Manager to increase interpreter engagement.
* Achieve weekly recruiting goals set by the department head.
* Use recruiting data and analytics to meet fill-rate standards.
* Manage candidate applications and flow effectively using the ATS system.
Requirements
Qualifications
* Fluent in English.
* Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work independently and in a team to meet deadlines.
Education and Experience
* Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience.
* At least 2 years in a high-volume recruitment role.
* Experience working in a metrics-driven environment.
* Experience in the language services industry is a plus.
