Objectives of the Position
* Achieving growth objectives through effective coaching of the sales team and strong project management
* Developing and implementing a strategic business plan for sustainable growth in the area
* Coaching, developing, inspiring and recruiting sales and clinical team
* Building and cultivating long‑term internal and external (customer) relationships
* Implementing the company goals in the business area
* Participation in conferences, seminars, and customer events (domestic and international)
* Leading a large sales & clinical team and working closely with other sales related functions
* Responsible for employee management (performance management, employee development etc.) and communication
Qualifications
* BS/MS degree in medical technology or a related field
* Very good French and English language skills, both spoken and written
* Proven experience to lead and develop high‑performing sales teams
* Located and able to travel in Romandie (e.g. Lausanne, Geneva, Fribourg)
* Strong knowledge of the product and the industry
* Ability to analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy
* Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
* Strong leadership, influencing, and communication skills
