The Global Procurement (GP) department is involved in the purchasing processes of capital projects. Due to the increasing volume of capital projects and procurement workload, we are looking for additional support. This position would improve project timelines, foster closer supplier relationships and ensure compliance with procurement guidelines. At the same time, it would reduce the workload of existing team members. Ultimately, it would help to increase value creation and efficiency in investment management.

Duties & Responsibilities:
* Processing of purchase requisitions, purchase orders and invoices in the ERP system
* Contract management: Responsible for the administrative processing of tenders, contract preparation
* Carrying out non-complex tenders
* Processing of warranties, acceptance protocols and insurance documents.
* Support procurement activities for projects; handle reactive or business related procurement requests within a specific region, country or large site. Conduct minor procurement activities such as ad hoc, call-off and unplanned/planned or reactive business related procurement activities to ensure maximum procurement impact.
* Assist with procurement requests in accordance with category specifications and relevant policies, standards, specifications and work instructions, including agreements and contracts with existing suppliers. A Procurement Delivery Associate works with procurement and business stakeholders to understand requirements and implement the appropriate procurement process using appropriate methods, tools and bundling.
Must Haves:
* Completed 3-year training as an office communications clerk
* Additional training as a specialist in purchasing and materials management or Bachelor's degree
* At least 3 years of experience in procurement
* Good communication skills and understanding of how requirements can be implemented in companies.
* Good knowledge of procurement systems and processes, templates and processing tools, e-contracting, SAP
* Excellent German and English language skills
