Project Manager

Randstad has over 60 years of experience in HR Management. Under the Randstad Inhouse Services concept, Randstad becomes a full-service supplier providing consultancy to international clients. For a temporary assignment of 15 months, our client, Jabil Manufacturing in Le Locle, seeks a Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium to high complexity projects from concept through implementation and launch
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and deliverables
• Coordinate cross-functional and cross-cultural teams to achieve project objectives
• Monitor project scope, quality, costs, risks, and overall performance
• Drive stakeholder communication and provide regular updates to leadership and customers
• Identify risks and implement effective mitigation and corrective action plans
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering projects on time and within budget
• Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence across project teams

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education qualification
• 2 to 3+ years of experience managing projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• PMP Certification or equivalent project management qualification is an advantage
• Proven ability to successfully lead multiple projects and deliver results on time and within budget
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, influence, and engage cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to interact at all organizational levels
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
