Plan and implement sales and promotional activities in the Leisure and Meetings & Events segments across the markets of Switzerland, the USA, South America, the United Kingdom, and the European Union. Actively acquire new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing partners through telephone outreach, client meetings, and participation in roadshows, trade fairs, and industry events. Maintain and manage the CRM database, ensuring accurate documentation of client needs, contact history, and preparation of tailored proposals. Regularly analyze and report on sales activities and monitor account production. Develop and implement sales concepts and action plans Ensure compliance with pricing, distribution, and revenue management strategies. Organize and host hotel site inspections, client visits, and familiarization (FAM) trips.
