We are looking for a skilled PMO Specialist to enable cross-functional initiatives by providing strong PMO expertise, stabilizing critical initiatives, and driving consistent project management standards.
Key Tasks :
* Support projects lead in setting up, structuring, and executing projects
* Review project charters, project plans, and risk profiles
* Monitor progress and ensure stakeholder alignment
* Step in temporarily to stabilize or steer critical projects
* Facilitate risk management and escalation processes
* Ensure compliance with company standards and project governance
* Train and coach colleagues in structured project management methodologies
* Support consistent use of PM tools (e.g., MS Project, PMI standards)
* Contribute to building a culture of professional project management
Qualifications :
* Degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline
* At least 7 years of project/program management experience
* PMP, or equivalent certification strongly preferred
* Strong track record in leading or supporting complex, international projects
* Fluent in German and English
