As a leader in our Quality Control team, you will be responsible for developing and leading a group of analysts to consistently deliver exceptional safety, quality, service, and value.

* People Leadership: Full leadership of a team of analysts within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) production environment.
* Process Management: Establish and confirm standards for managing safety, quality, and output.
* Performance Management: Drive real-time issue identification, resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Talent Development: Identify and develop key talent within the team.
* Resource Management: Oversee task assignment, staffing, and recruitment efforts.
* Project Implementation: Coach and support implementation improvement projects.
