Role Summary
As HR Business Partner – Medical Essentials Europe, you will serve as a trusted strategic advisor to the European VP/GM Specimen Management (SM) and the European VP/GM Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS) and their respective Leadership Teams, driving alignment of people and business strategies across the European region.
Main Responsibilities
* Align HR initiatives with company objectives to support growth and operational efficiency.
* Partner with regional and country business leaders to understand challenges and opportunities, providing advice that drives high‑performing teams and robust organizational structures.
* Lead organizational development and transformation efforts to identify, design and implement appropriate structures across countries.
* Lead and support change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations; communicate strategies and provide employee support.
* Oversee talent development and retention strategies, build high‑performing teams, and ensure strong succession plans.
* Act as a strategic capability builder, identifying, developing and aligning capabilities to future country competitiveness; perform capability and skill gap analysis, upskilling and performance management.
* Supervise employee relations and maintain a productive work environment that encourages associate engagement; implement programs to enhance morale and recognize employees.
* Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations while driving regional initiatives.
* Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop solutions, programs and policies, and provide policy guidance and interpretation.
Qualifications
* 10–15+ years of senior HR leadership experience, preferably in healthcare or a regulated industry.
* Strong knowledge of European labor laws and HR best practices.
* Proven experience in organizational development, change management and cultural transformation.
* Ability to lead cross‑functional, multicultural teams and collaborate with senior executives.
* Coaching mindset focused on talent development and succession planning.
* Strong strategic capability, translating HR metrics into actionable business insights.
Benefits & Compensation
Salary range: CHF 182,900 – CHF 292,625 per year.
Location
CHE Eysins – Business Park Terre‑Bonne.
