The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in managing Contract Manufacturing Organizations CMOs and a proven track record in contract negotiations. Fluency in English and solid practical knowledge of GMP are essential.

Tasks & Responsibilities
* Lead strategic sourcing activities and CDMO site selection, including due diligence assessments
* Conduct pricing negotiations
* Manage contracting activities for CMO agreements
* Execute Supplier Relationship Management SRM processes for CMOs
Must Haves
* University degree in a scientific or business field or equivalent
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in CMO Management or procurement within the CMO landscape
* Proven GMP experience
* Proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace
* Fluent English communication skills
* Outstanding communication abilities
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
* Demonstrated expertise in negotiating CMO contracts
