Position: Ingegnere Qualità Prodotto & Processo Integrate our Recycling & Refining management team (3 members) and support product and process quality initiatives.
Responsibilities Prepare and participate in internal and external audits (ISO, RJC, LBMA, customers) and ensure monitoring of certifications and labels.
Monitor quality indicators and propose corrective actions with the teams.
Manage customer complaints and requests, ensuring documented and effective handling.
Dynamize document management (M‑Files) and optimize precious‑metal inventories.
Be a key user of transaction systems (X3) and contribute to ERP developments to improve productivity.
Model and simplify refining flows and represent these processes to stakeholders.
Participate in transaction controls with compliance services and LBA.
Pilot new tools and methods (Colearnis, 5S).
Accompany teams on technical and quality processes (refining, chemistry, foundry), safety, and defect prevention for Good Delivery ingots, and strengthen internal audits with QES.
Serve as environmental liaison, monitor regulatory compliance, and update ISO information.
Qualifications Diploma of engineer (HES) or equivalent in a technical field (mechanics, chemistry, or similar).
Confirmed industrial experience, preferably in precious‑metal sectors.
Strong knowledge of quality tools (8D, AMDEC/FMEA, CAPA, problem‑solving).
Good command of ISO9001 and ideally RJC, LBA.
Familiarity with IT tools and data analysis (MicrosoftOffice, ERP, etc.).
Good mastery of the French language.
