Ph3About the role: /h3 pWe are looking for an experienced MES/Automation Coordination Lead who is responsible across manufacturing environments. The candidate acts as the primary customer-facing point of contact, responsible for coordinating and governing offshore MES and Automation delivery teams. The role focuses on stakeholder management, requirement clarification, execution tracking, and issue resolution rather than deep hands‑on system configuration. Ensure effective communication, alignment, and predictable delivery execution between customer stakeholders and off‑site delivery teams in a regulated (GxP) manufacturing environment. /p h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul liAct as the single onsite interface for customer stakeholders (Manufacturing, Automation, IT, Quality). /li liFacilitate requirement discussions, clarifications, and prioritization. /li liManage customer expectations on scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies. /li /ul h3Offshore Delivery Coordination: /h3 ul liCoordinate daily and weekly activities with offshore MES and Automation teams. /li liTrack progress and follow up on deliverables, actions, and dependencies. /li liSupport sprint planning, reviews, demos, and status reporting. /li /ul h3Governance Execution Oversight: /h3 ul liMonitor delivery progress and proactively raise risks, issues, and changes. /li liSupport fit-gap and solution alignment discussions at a conceptual level. /li liEnsure adherence to delivery governance and communication cadence. /li /ul h3Quality Compliance Awareness: /h3 ul liOperate in GxP-regulated environments. /li liEnsure compliance with approved processes and documentation practices. /li liAct as liaison between customer QA expectations and delivery execution. /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul li8–15+ years of experience in Manufacturing IT, Automation, or MES environments. /li liPrior roles may include MES Lead, Automation Lead, Technical Coordinator, or Delivery Lead. /li liPrevious onsite or customer‑facing experience is strongly preferred. /li liStrong knowledge of pharmaceutical and manufacturing systems. /li liMES / Automation platform exposure or certifications preferred. /li liGxP / CSV / CSA familiarity is an advantage. /li /ul h3Core Skills: /h3 ul liStrong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills. /li liExperience in onsite–offshore delivery models. /li liAbility to bridge business, operational, and technical teams. /li liGxP awareness and regulated manufacturing experience. /li /ul h3Functional / Domain Knowledge: /h3 ul liHigh‑level understanding of manufacturing operations and automation layers (L0–L4). /li /ul h3Technical Depth (Nice to Have): /h3 ul liPrior background in Automation or MES. /li liAbility to understand technical discussions and review functional or solution designs. /li liGerman language knowledge is a big plus. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
