UBS invites ambitious students to join our 2026 Global Markets Graduate Talent Program in Zurich Opfikon, Switzerland.We’re looking for curious individuals who want to learn about global market trends and work in financial services at a firm with a truly global footprint.ResponsibilitiesStructure and price Structured Products / OTC transactions on Equities, Commodities, Rates, Credit, FX and VolatilityWork closely with traders and other sales colleagues to share risk metrics and best practicesProvide sales advice on Markets and Structured Products while respecting applicable regulationsCreate tailor-made investments and financing solutions using derivativesAdminister new issues, subscriptions/bookings and drive process improvementsYour TeamYou’ll be working in UBS’s Global Markets business, advising clients and executing buy/sell transactions from start to finish. We collaborate with hedge funds, pension funds, asset managers and family offices to provide coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing services. You’ll be in the Structured Sales team in Zurich Opfikon, offering investment solutions to intermediary and institutional clients across Switzerland and Europe. Scope includes structured notes, swaps, and options on global equities (stocks and indices), commodities, FX, rates and credit.Expertise / QualificationsHas completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree no more than 18 months prior to the program start dateHas financial or capital markets know-how gained from experience (or relevant internships) in the banking sectorHas a keen interest in financial markets and aptitude for numbers, models and productsHas sharp analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent English (written and oral); fluency in German or French is preferredValues that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborativeStrategic thinker with strong communication skillsMotivated to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment with tight deadlinesStart Date1 February 2026About UBSUBS is the world’s largest and only truly global wealth manager.
