Target start date: 01/10/2025
iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

Join our Country Safety team as Pharmacovigilance Coordinator VIE and you’ll actively manage pharmacovigilance cases and be an active member of our team.

Main responsibilities:
Participation to the implementation of risk minimization measures.
Reconciliation with partners and redaction and update of SDEA (Safety Data Exchange Agreement) with local partners.
PSUR (Periodic Safety Update Reports) planification and submission (preparation of documents, eCTD submission - electronic common technical document).
Preparation, monitoring and implementation of a CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) plan.
Local Pharmacovigilance System Master File update, preparation and presentation of trainings for Sanofi personal.
Health Authorities Inspection follow-up and audit preparation.
SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) redaction.
About you

Experience:
Previous experience in pharma industry and Pharmacovigilance would be a plus, but is not mandatory.
Soft and Technical skills:
Knowledge of MS Office.
Good attention to details.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Team player.
Able to work with different stakeholders on different seniorities.

Education:
Master’s Degree in Pharmacy or a similar field.

Languages:
Fluent in French and English.
Knowledge of German or Italian would only be an asset.
