Manage and develop engagement with prospective customers interested in personal development programs
Promote a portfolio of established learning and development products
Oversee digital communication, enquiry handling, and follow-up processes
Utilise online marketing platforms and tools to generate and manage customer interest
Track and manage activity to support consistent engagement and follow-through
Participate in ongoing training to maintain product knowledge and communication effectiveness
7+ years of professional experience (preferred)
Proven background in sales, marketing, or customer engagement roles
Strong communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills
Confident using digital platforms and online communication tools
Self-directed with a high level of personal accountability
Professional, reliable, and consistent in approach
