Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Services Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our Human Resources Department and implement HR strategies across various regional offices.
This role involves overseeing the effective implementation of all HR tactics related to operations, colleague experience, wellbeing, total rewards, diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as managing and safeguarding HR processes and procedures for all regional offices in the region.
* Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Human Resources Department.

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Compliance
The Human Resources Services Manager will be responsible for implementing DEI strategies, following up on programs such as Opportunity Youth, coordinating L&D strategies, and managing colleague and leader onboarding programs.
* Implement Hyatt's regional and global DEI strategy in the Zurich office and support local tactics.
* Follow-up and support Hyatt's Opportunity Youth program RiseHy.
* Coordinate and implement the Learning and Development (L&D) strategy in conjunction with the Director of Training & Development EAME.
* Manage the colleague and leader onboarding program for the Zurich office.
Regional and Global HR Management
The Human Resources Services Manager will collaborate with regional offices to align HR practices, manage corporate HR requests, and oversee employment contracting, visa applications, and statutory reporting.

* Manage and follow through on all corporate HR requests regarding benefits, compensation, personnel data, insurance enrolments, etc.
* Employment Contracting for the Zurich Office.
* Management of inter-company transfers in and out of the Zurich Office, including visa applications.
* Process and support with any legally required and statutory reporting matters.
Payroll, Compensation and Benefits
The Human Resources Services Manager will manage payroll, compensation, and benefits, including salary grids, annual salary reviews, payroll accounting, income tax, social security audits, and statutory reporting.
* Manage and administer benefit and salary grids.
* Manage the annual salary review cycle and process.
* Preparation and follow-up auditing of payroll accounting.
* Preparation and support of income tax, social security audits, yearly external audits.
* Management of the statutory reporting and certification system, i.e. Labour Agency, Pension Office, Health insurances, etc.
* Point of contact regarding social security and labour law.
* Master data maintenance, monthly audits of HCM data.
* Monitor and administer company insurance schemes.
HR Systems
The Human Resources Services Manager will act as the point of contact for HR-related IT systems and drive new HR processes alignment with the new HR IT system.
* Act as point of contact for all HR-related IT systems (HCM, learning platform, intranet, etc).
* Drive and design the new HR processes for the offices alignment to the new HR IT system (implementation and roll out in progress).
Qualifications & Requirements
We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced individual with a Swiss Diploma in Human Resources Management and strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Switzerland.
1. Swiss Diploma in Human Resources Management.
2. Understanding of HR-related laws and regulations in Switzerland.
3. Minimum three years' experience with an international company in a similar position.
4. Strong responsibility on matters of confidentiality and discretion.
5. Culturally sensitive, energetic, and reliable.
6. Mature and confidential interaction with Senior Management.
7. Good writing and prose skills in German and English.
8. Strong team player and organizer within the department.
