Tasks
* Help manage and enhance the IT infrastructure for our institutions.
* Monitor and support clients, servers, networks, and interfaces.
* Collaborate on IT projects with team leaders and departments.
* Co‑responsibility in the administration and further development of the entire IT infrastructure of the Michel Group, its institutions, and external customers.
* Monitor and maintain clients, servers, and networks as well as their interfaces.
* Work on various IT projects in close collaboration with the team leader and the specialist departments.
* Ensure the smooth and highly available operation of the IT infrastructure together with the IT team.
* Actively support the IT helpdesk, receive requests, solve problems together in the team, or forward them to the responsible department.
* Take over the installation, monitoring, support, and maintenance of clients, servers, and peripheral devices.
* Co‑responsible for the support, administration, and further development of telephony solutions and their interfaces.
Qualifications
* Degree or training in IT with relevant work experience.
* Relevant professional experience in Microsoft system and network engineering, virtualization solutions, SQL, preferably with a generalist orientation combined with IT project experience.
* Strong customer service orientation and problem‑solving skills.
* Studies or training in the IT field with corresponding professional experience (EFZ, TS, FH).
* Team player with a high customer and service orientation as well as a structured and solution‑oriented way of working.
* Motivated and committed personality who also likes to contribute own ideas.
* Good methodological knowledge in the areas of project work and 1st and 2nd level support.
* High sensitivity to IT security.
* Basic knowledge in the area of interfaces for medical data (HL7/FHIR) is an advantage.
* Open to new technologies and willing to question processes and optimise them if necessary.
