EMEA Recruitment is recruiting for a Procurement Manager - HR Services on behalf of a global firm. Based in Zurich, this role is designed for a high-performing consultant who excels at driving transformation within the HR and Human Capital landscape.
In this position, you will serve as a dedicated strategic advisor to senior stakeholders in HR, Legal, and Finance.
You will lead high-impact sourcing initiatives with a specific focus on MSP (Managed Service Providers) and broader HR Services including Recruitment, Payroll, Benefits, and HRIS.
You will also translate complex business requirements into commercially robust strategies that deliver measurable value.
Key responsibilities of the Procurement Manager - HR Services:
* HR Category Leadership: Lead end-to-end sourcing for complex HR categories, with a primary focus on MSP models, Recruitment, and HRIS
* Strategic Advisory: Partner with senior leadership to align HR business goals with innovative sourcing and commercial strategies
* Project Leadership: Execute the full sourcing lifecycle, from market benchmarking and RFx management to final supplier selection for global clients
* Commercial Engineering: Structure, negotiate, and draft complex commercial contracts and develop sophisticated pricing models tailored to service-based categories
* Relationship Governance: Drive strategic vendor performance and innovation through rigorous relationship management frameworks
Requirements:
* Consulting DNA: A minimum of 5 years of experience within a Management Consulting environment
* Subject Matter Expertise: Proven track record in sourcing HR Services and a strong working knowledge of Managed Service Provider (MSP) models
* Commercial Acumen: Strong capability in contract drafting and total cost of ownership modelingStakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to influence and advise senior executives within a global matrix
* Languages: Full professional fluency in English and German is essential
