We are looking for a technically skilled and driven individual to join our Quality Management department!Recording, documenting, and managing errors, deviations, and quality defects in our CAQ softwareAnalysis of root causes in collaboration with the relevant departments (e.g., 5 Whys, Ishikawa diagram, 8D method)Technical and organizational support in identifying measures through the use of appropriate quality tools, as well as technical and product expertiseInitiating, coordinating, and monitoring emergency, corrective, and preventive measures in collaboration with the relevant departmentsPreparation of quality reports (e.g., 8D) and analyses such as quality metrics and defect ratesYou are:Training as a quality assurance technician or a technician with additional training in quality assuranceExperience in quality assurance or customer complaint managementKnowledge of quality methods and problem-solving techniquesProficiency in MS Office and, ideally, ERP/CAQ systemsWe are:Respectful, open, uncomplicated and trust each otherMotivating and cooperative in our dealingsChallenging, but also encouraging in the sense of responsibilityFuture-oriented and indispensable in the megatrends of energy transition, mobility and sustainabilityUp to date with regard to employment conditions (vacation entitlement and various benefits)At home in Däniken (S-Bahn connection every half hour and free parking)We are all pulling on the same cable!
