Aufgaben
* Manage and run fund manager's portfolio projects with global projects and budget responsibility by leading meetings and workshops
* Lead end-to-end projects to ensure scope and timely completion
* Understanding business and solution architecture, key business projects, project requirements, scope, and deliverables were defined in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
* As the main contact person and coordinator, the fund manager's business processes are developed, implemented, and tested prior to launch
* Business processes that follow the target operating model are developed, implemented and tested before going live
* Supporting implementation initiatives
* Responsible for documenting business designs and specifications
* Creating reports and management tools based on the fund manager's key business processes
* Ongoing review, analysis, and optimization of fund management processes
* Ensuring open and regular communication with all project participants and managing the prioritisation of requirements
* Management and supervision of external IT providers, as well as project development
* Ad hoc projects
Qualifikation
* Bachelor's or Master's with a focus on IT, Business Informatics, or Engineering
* Project management certification required e.g. CAS, PMP, AgilePM, CSM, etc.
* Project management experience in the fund industry, gained at a bank, fund management company or consultancy firm
* Interest in project management methodology and practical pragmatism
* Experience in project management as well as change management
* Ability to moderate all kinds of topics between business and technology teams and to explain complex issues in a clear and concise manner
* Well-structured analytical personality, as well as being independent and hands-on
* Self-starter, networker with passion for project management
* Strong communication and negotiation skillsStrong leadership skills
* German and English
