Key Responsibilities
* Managing and expanding existing customer relationships across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
* Driving new business development and overseeing the full acquisition cycle from first contact to contract closure
* Conducting market and competitor analyses to identify opportunities and trends within the customer landscape
* Assessing client requirements and developing tailored commercial concepts
* Supporting budget planning and contributing to sales forecasts
* Representing the company at industry events, trade fairs, and client meetings
* Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and contacts within the CRM system (Salesforce)
