Job Overview
This role requires a seasoned electronics hardware engineer with technical leadership skills to oversee the development, verification, and documentation of electronic control board assemblies for energy storage systems.
Key Responsibilities
* To define and review board-level requirements with full traceability to system functions and safety objectives
* To guide the development of mixed-signal circuits including power supplies, protections, sensing, and control interfaces
* To support or lead preliminary and critical design reviews (PDR/CDR)
The successful candidate will operate under EASA Part-21J regulations and contribute to certification deliverables with a focus on compliance to standards such as SAE ARP4754A, SAE ARP4761, RTCA/DO-254, and AMC 20-152.
Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
* Minimum 7–10 years of experience in high-reliability electronic hardware development (aerospace, automotive, industrial, or medical)
* Strong experience with DO-254-based development lifecycles, ideally in certified programs
The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of analog/digital hardware design, proficient circuit analysis, simulation, and EMI/EMC mitigation, skilled in ECAD tools, fluent in reading and producing engineering documentation, specifications, and test procedures, and experience working with aerospace qualification and development standards.
